Alan Burke, Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant, Alan joined an independent Letting and Estate Agent as Finance and Operations Director in 1993. Growing that business and developing industry leading systems and service standards eventually lead to the purchase of Property Bureau in 2008. Alan concentrates on the continued development of the business through acquisition and organic growth, while moving the company to a modern, sustainable model.

Martin Smith, Consultant
Martin has worked in Estate Agency since 1986 and in over 30 years has experienced every possible type of property market. Following 15 years as a Director of a large Independent Letting and Estate Agent, Martin became Operations Director of Property Bureau which was acquired in 2008. His main focus is to ensure we maintain the exceptionally high level of service to our Landlords.

Andrew Monachan, Estate Agency Director
Andrew started his Estate Agency career in 1988 and his experience and knowledge in the industry would be hard to match. His main focus is to continue to develop the Estate Agency side of the company which started when Andrew joined Property Bureau in 2011. Much of our current success has been down to the high standard of service given to both buyers and sellers with many clients repeatedly returning for future house sales.

Martin Turner, Consultant
Martin was one of the original owners and directors when our team bought Property Bureau. He previously ran a successful Letting and Estate Agency in Stirling. He remains an investor in the company and the management team continue to benefit from his industry expertise.

Paul McCluskey, Letting Manager
An Art School graduate with a sound knowledge of the building industry. Paul is your definitive “People Person” and “Go to Guy”. Since joining Property Bureau in 2018, Paul adopts a holistic approach to all his work and has effectively proven to be skilled in gathering and analysing facts, defining problems, drawing conclusions and suggesting solutions.


Adele Watt
Adele is a senior member of the client accounts team. Having started her career in the property market in the early 1990s she’s has worked with the directors for over 25 years. Her attention to detail and service standards to clients and contractors are second to none.

Carolanne Moss
Carolanne is another member of the client accounts team that has worked with the directors in previous companies over the last 3 decades. Her knowledge makes her a “go to” person for advice on a wide range of technical matters.

Keyrai McNelis
Keyrai brings experience of working in one of the largest corporate Letting and Estate Agents  in the UK. Like the rest of the client account team Keyrai has worked in many roles in the industry, useful for dealing with the variety of issues we get to deal with every day.

Property Management

Kailey Higgins
Kailey has many years of experience in letting initially starting in a junior admin role in 2014 and progressing to her current role as Property Manager dealing with all aspects of Property Management. Kailey has become a key staff member and an integral part of the team.

Debbie Thomas
Debbie has worked in the Letting Industry since 1999 and with Property Bureau since 2006. Initially Debbie was dealing with maintenance issues but following significant growth of Property Bureau she is now part of an experienced  team in property management dealing with all aspects of this department.

Caitlin Keegan
Caitlin started with Property Bureau in 2018 having just left school and initially to assist the accounts department then progressing on to work with property maintenance team where she has responsibilities for ensuring landlords properties are maintained to a high standard.

Letting and Estate Agency

Lynsey Pacitti
Lynsey is a Sales and Letting Negotiator within Property Bureau. She has a wealth of experience starting in 2002  in the Sales and Letting Market. Her role involves building a rapport with clients and ensuring that their property is managed to a very high standard as well as finding clients their dream home. This is achieved through her passion for working with people and endeavouring to provide all clients with the exceptional service which they deserve.

Jenni Beavis
Jenni has worked in the property business since 2005, both in Letting and Estate Agency. She has vast experience in all aspects of the Letting business having enjoyed a variety of roles over the years. More recently she has gained experience in Estate Agency as one of our team of Negotiators. She has great knowledge of Glasgow and the surrounding area.

Stevie Hagan
With 25 years in Civil Service, most recently as a Senior Legal Examiner, Stevie effectively helps develop and implement Company policies, procedures and compliance. He is also a fully qualified Domestic Energy and Legionella Risk Assessor. Known for his efficiency, Stevie overseas all matters relating to property inspections.


Victoria Wassell
Victoria heads up the very successful letting side of the business having started in 2005 and benefiting from years of industry experience. Having grown up in the area she is the perfect person to speak to should you have any questions relating to being a landlord or tenant.

Roisin Beattie
Roisin is a valued member of the team and has  a real enthusiastic approach to everyday tasks in and out the office. Having worked most of her career with the public Roisin has a positive and sensible attitude and is an excellent communicator.  A really conscientious employee with a desire to complete tasks and assist clients


Yvonne Davies
Yvonne has been in estate agency since 2005, starting off at another Stirling Estate Agency before moving to Property Bureau in 2009. During this time, Yvonne has developed a wide range of knowledge across all aspects of the job, and has an unrivalled local knowledge of the Stirling and surrounding area and the people within in. Before joining Estate Agency, Yvonne had a retail background and worked for a major retail company in managerial position.

Gordon Milne
Prior to starting his job at Property Bureau, Gordon had experience of working in financial services and also the automotive industry. He then joined the Stirling team in 2015, where he was taken on as a trainee estate agent, covering all aspects of the sales and letting business. Gordon has developed his knowledge of the housing market in Stirling since taking on the role, and living locally helps him achieve this. He completed his qualifications in Residential Letting and Property Management in 2018


Marie Miller
Marie offers a wealth of experience within the Estate Agency business, she has  always lived in Airdrie and therefore has a vast knowledge of the local area, combine this with excellent customer service and negotiation skills ensures  all our clients receive an unrivalled level of service when selling or purchasing their next property.
