Alan Burke, Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant, Alan joined an independent Letting and Estate Agent as Finance and Operations Director in 1993. Growing that business and developing industry leading systems and service standards eventually lead to the purchase of Property Bureau in 2008. Alan concentrates on the continued development of the business through acquisition and organic growth, while moving the company to a modern, sustainable model.

Martin Smith, Consultant
Martin has worked in Estate Agency since 1986 and in over 30 years has experienced every possible type of property market. Following 15 years as a Director of a large Independent Letting and Estate Agent, Martin became Operations Director of Property Bureau which was acquired in 2008. His main focus is to ensure we maintain the exceptionally high level of service to our Landlords.

Andrew Monachan, Estate Agency Director
Andrew started his Estate Agency career in 1988 and his experience and knowledge in the industry would be hard to match. His main focus is to continue to develop the Estate Agency side of the company which started when Andrew joined Property Bureau in 2011. Much of our current success has been down to the high standard of service given to both buyers and sellers with many clients repeatedly returning for future house sales.

Martin Turner, Consultant
Martin was one of the original owners and directors when our team bought Property Bureau. He previously ran a successful Letting and Estate Agency in Stirling. He remains an investor in the company and the management team continue to benefit from his industry expertise.

Paul McCluskey, Letting Manager

Paul prides himself on providing all landlords with key information in order to help them achieve maximum exposure for their properties and by giving frank assessments of the current market and the best available options at any given time.

With sound knowledge of the building industry, the key to his success has been to deliver the very best in customer service, whilst managing and sustaining every landlords expectations.

Since joining Property Bureau in 2018, Paul has and continues to adopt an holistic approach to all his work and has effectively proven to be skilled in drawing conclusions and suggesting and providing cost effective solutions.

Accounts

Adele Watt
Adele is a senior member of the client accounts team. Having started her career in the property market in the early 1990s she’s has worked with the directors for over 25 years. Her attention to detail and service standards to clients and contractors are second to none.

Carolanne Moss
Carolanne is another member of the client accounts team that has worked with the directors in previous companies over the last 3 decades. Her knowledge makes her a “go to” person for advice on a wide range of technical matters.

Property Management

Shirley Shearer
Shirley started her career in banking, where she was for nearly 25 years before working in HR and Payroll for IKEA. She started working in the Letting industry in 2015 and covered all areas of Letting, joining Property Bureau in 2023.

Letting and Estate Agency

Lynsey Pacitti
Lynsey is a Sales and Letting Negotiator within Property Bureau. She has a wealth of experience starting in 2002  in the Sales and Letting Market. Her role involves building a rapport with clients and ensuring that their property is managed to a very high standard as well as finding clients their dream home. This is achieved through her passion for working with people and endeavouring to provide all clients with the exceptional service which they deserve.

Jackie Drummond
Jackie has been in Property Management and Estate Agency for 26 years in the Bearsden Area and joined Property Bureau in 2022. Jackie has dealt with all areas of Letting and Estate Agency and is very much a people person.

Stevie Hagan
With 25 years in Civil Service, most recently as a Senior Legal Examiner, Stevie effectively helps develop and implement Company policies, procedures and compliance. He is also a fully qualified Domestic Energy and Legionella Risk Assessor. Known for his efficiency, Stevie overseas all matters relating to property inspections.

Victoria Wassell
Victoria heads up the very successful letting side of the business having started in 2005 and benefiting from years of industry experience. Having grown up in the area she is the perfect person to speak to should you have any questions relating to being a landlord or tenant.

Stirling

Yvonne Davies
Yvonne has been in estate agency since 2005, starting off at another Stirling Estate Agency before moving to Property Bureau in 2009. During this time, Yvonne has developed a wide range of knowledge across all aspects of the job, and has an unrivalled local knowledge of Stirling and the surrounding area and the people within in. Before joining Estate Agency, Yvonne had a retail background and worked for a major retail company in a managerial position.

Lorna Donald
Prior to working in estate agency Lorna worked in a local bank for 12 years.  Lorna has been in estate agency since 2002, starting off at another Stirling Estate Agency before moving to Property Bureau in 2012.  During this time Lorna has gained a wide range of knowledge across Sales and Letting.

Mike Pantony
Mike started working in the property market as a mortgage adviser 25 years ago with Clyde Property.  He moved to Allen & Harris as manager/sales valuer (2yrs) before moving to Slater Hogg as valuer (2Yrs). Mike then returned to Allen & Harris for 8 yrs, working in Glasgow as letting & sales manager for 1 year before joining Property Bureau. Mike enjoys working in the Stirling area because of its huge range of property types and styles together with the wide variety of locations from city to rural.

Lanarkshire

Kathleen Cushley
Kathleen runs our Lanarkshire office. Having lived locally most of her life, has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and the property market throughout Lanarkshire. She has worked in sales and letting for many years and is well qualified to help you with any property related matters.

Marie Miller
Marie offers a wealth of experience within the Estate Agency business, she has  always lived in Airdrie and therefore has a vast knowledge of the local area. She has over 30 years of excellent customer service. Her negotiating skills ensure all our clients receive an unrivalled level of service and advice when selling or purchasing their next property.

Lisa Cairns

Lisa has been with us for many years and is one of the most experienced property managers in the business.
